I love the attention to detail, from the subtle plume of smoke from your cigarette in the opening page to the biographical 'research' on the models. Greetings! Marthasgirls is astounding. The quality of the photography is incredibly representative of the periods depicted. The women are got up like goddesses from another age. The models' poses and even the facial expressions are directed to a T. Do the models have period photographs to refer to during the shoot to help with their characterizations, or do you direct them without such guides from your own vision? And never have I looked at erotic stills with a period sound track. It completely changes, informs, and enhances the viewing experience. Of course there is the added delight of knowing the women are walking among us today, and not in a "home" somewhere, or worse off, like their courageous pioneering sisters on retroraunch. The modern shots of the models are just as fascinating as the period ones. Given how different the models look in these contemporary sets, it only highlights the amount of work that's gone into styling, art direction, and model coaching for the period pieces.
